Denial!

Okay so for months I’ve been told that don’t expect to get pregnant quickly and seen loads of other woman say how long it has taken them to conceive. I was told by the nurse that it would take 4 - 5 months for my hormone to kick in again after having my IUD out. I’m pregnant within two months of having theIUD out. Now here is where my problem is: I’ve had loads of symptoms, no period. Sore breasts. (Insane amount of nausea and morning sickness etc. we’ve worked it out that I’m 9 weeks. But I feel like it’s going to go downhill I’m not in pain or had any bleeding or anything. But I feel like when I eventually do have the first scan I’m going to be told that there is no baby and it was all in my head.
