Breech Baby Recs?

Hi mommas! I am currently 32 weeks and baby is breech. My OB mentioned a possible ECV, but something in my gut doesn’t feel totally on board with that. Hoping baby flips on their own since we still have time! Any recommendations, or experiences you could share would be super helpful 💜🫶🏻

L&D nurse and I hate ECVs with a passion. I have seen too many end in a stat section because baby was breech for a reason (short cord, cord around the neck) that I hate being involved with them. 
Spinning babies. Chiropractor. But some babies are just meant to be breech.

Miles circuit daily!!’ Spinning babies daily!! My 2nd baby turned at 36 weeks. Third baby was transverse and flipped the first week I started doing the stretches /exercises. I also immediately started seeing chiropractor with both. I was around 31-32 weeks when My 3rd flipped down

I really recommend trying out some things to get baby to flip before fully committing to either. It was also thought that I was going to have to choose between one of those 2 options because my baby wasn’t wanting to flip, but he ended up surprising us! You still should have a bit more time. The main thing I did that I think helped was some daily walks, which I mostly did at different stores due to weather and the fact that I like window shopping so much lol. It also helped me to have a cart to lean on sometimes when I’d start feeling some pain from the weight of baby. Another thing I did was I looked up some of those yoga poses. I mostly did one that was sort of like a modified child’s pose where you have your butt in the air and move your hips in a circle because it was the easiest one for me. I’ve also heard of ladies sitting in a warm shallow bath and putting an ice pack at the top of their stomach (not leaving it too long though because it’s not good for your skin) to encourage baby to get away and move towards the warmth, that was going to be my next thing I was going to try but he ended up flipping before. None of these are “proven” to help but some have luck with them. I’m hoping you’re able to find something that works for you and your little one, good luck!

ECV is the only method of flipping a baby that has evidence behind it. It’s a 100% reasonable thing to consider, but it’s also okay not to choose not to have one.
My first was transverse throughout most of my pregnancy, then went breech. He was never head down. I was offered an ECV, even the option of later ECV with immediate induction so he wouldn’t flip back. My OB was honest and said her success rate was closer to 33% because she’s gentler. ECV can be VERY uncomfortable for some women, but definitely not all. Also, some babies are breech for a reason and I would have never forgiven myself if we tried to flip him and he went into distress. I personally chose to skip the ECV and schedule the CS. It was still a wonderful experience and baby arrived safely, I have no regrets.
I have had 2 VBACs since. The CS and my second VBAC are on par regarding recovery, my first VBAC was much, much harder. The CS has also had the least impact on my pelvic floor.
This is just my personal experience though. It was a very tough decision at the time! I wish you the best.

ECV 100%, if it doesn’t work you’re in a c/s anyway but IMO i would want to try anything i can for a vaginal delivery!!!

No experience but some recs are:
Spinning babies. Webster certified chiropractor. Some people try acupuncture. 
Personally I think I’d try ECV before an automatic c section. 
You could also consider vaginal breech delivery if you wanted with a new provider that is comfortable and competent with it - hard to find
