Safety question
If I’m used to braiding my own hair sitting and using my arms in those position for about 4 hours straight, is this safe for me being 3 months pregnant? Some say I shouldn’t have my arms over my head, but I’m assuming that’s for future months. I just want to know before doing so, I need to find someone to do my hair if not.
