Too dizzy?

Is anyone else so dizzy they cant cope?? Im only 6w and i am SOOO dizzy. I cant walk without holding onto something. Ive fainted 2x in a week. I cant run and play w my 2 yr old. I cant drive because im so dizzy that im disoriented. I literally broke down crying to my husband last night that i cant take it and i don't know how im going to keep on like this. If i lay down its bearable, but reasonably i cant just lay around. I know theres probably nothing that can be done but i just wanted to know im not alone. I didnt have this with my first and the dizziness makes my nausea and vomiting so much worse.
