Pregnancy symptoms?

Let me start off by saying, I get pregnant EXTREMELY easy. It’s a blessing and a curse. My husband and I started trying this month and since we didn’t pull out, it’s like I already got a positive test😂 MY issue is that I conceive easily, but I have a hard time keeping them.

It’s been 3 days since we tried and I have a a dull kind of stabbing pain on the left side between my hip and uterus. Has anyone experienced this in pregnancy or loss?

I’ve had headaches, nausea, back pain, and moodiness in the past couple weeks. pregnancy could’ve happened before but I’m not sure. It’s too early for a test right now.
