Miscarriage - cycle?

I was 6 weeks pregnant and confirmed I’m having a miscarriage yesterday. My hcg is already back down to 28 and my bleeding has lightened up. What happens now? Do I track the miscarriage bleeding like a period, as in I should be expecting my next period in about a month from now? Or should I get a period before that? I’ve never been through this before and I’m just not sure how to track my cycle now
