Miscarriage due date

So my due date is coming up… but we lost the baby @9wks5days. Idk how to react as the date approaches and it’s been tugging at my heart lately. March was such an exciting month and we had so many thoughts of the future. I know God is in control and that things happen. Trying to not dwell on this loss too much but as we approach March I can’t help but just have the gut wrenching sadness… I am jw if anyone has done a remembrance or anything for their loss? My husband bought me a garden stepping stone with angel wings for Christmas but I just feel like we should do something small on what was supposed to be my due date to remember our little one..
