3 days late So advice please

I took 2 test 1 on the first day and 1 yesterday both or negative. I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong never use these before or maybe I’m just super late. But I’m not feeling any cramps like I usually do I will feel cramps even if I’m late that’s what always let me know it’s coming it’s just delayed. This time no cramps, but I did feel cramps don’t really remember the exact date but I do know it was way before my period should come. I remember thinking feel like my period will be coming super early because I cramp for the whole day. Ladies let me know what you think. Probably just being too anxious because I had a miscarriage August 2 2023 so my anxiety is through the roof.
