Late period

I was on birth control for about 10 months decided to get off of it and let my body rest, my ob said it was fine. The reason why i was on it was because i had very irregular periods and it was only to regulate it. He said we could try bc for 6 months and see how that went, and if i wanted to get off of it or stay on bc was my choice after the 6th month. It took me 4 months to decide to get off of it, which was this January and i know this is very early to tell but i was supposed to get my period today but i haven’t gotten it, also Ive had what i think is a uti but it comes and goes for the past id say maybe 5 days. I did take over the counter pills for uti, not knowing i got the extra strength ones after i took one, it would help for a couple of hours but would come back. Im not sure what to do, im planning on going to cvs to buy the uti test to get a confirmation, and go from there.

Ps. While i was on bc my periods were regular, and i know when im about to get my period because i get symptoms but i haven’t yet. The only “symptom” i say i have is back pain. And yes i did have intercourse after I stopped bc, but Does anyone know what it could be? Should i test for pregnancy was well?
