Is it normal ?

So I am pregnant with my 3rd child and I am spotting. I am currently 10 weeks. The first time I notice it was about a week ago but it left the same day. Today after I peed, I notice small blood clots this time with light spotting. I used the restroom again and I still see blood when I wipe. I never spotted before in my 2 previous pregnancies. Am I having a miscarriage or is this normal?

In my OB office we’re told if we ever see blood while pregnant to go to the ER because it’s the fastest way to get seen and get answers..in my experience though last month I thought I was 10 weeks too but I started spotting when I went to the bathroom to pee and I went to the ER and after many blood tests and ultrasounds it was concluded that my baby stopped growing at 7-8 weeks and no longer had a heartbeat.
I had a missed miscarriage…if you’ve never had spotting before in other pregnancies, it might not be good. Sending prayers xx

Call your doctor or go to the ER. They need to do a check up to determine what it is.
