Ovulation ?

So I’m newer to ovulation due to PCOS I’ve been losing weight and my periods have been regular last couple months. I had heavy ewcm for 4 days, ovaries sore/crampy on the 18th. Had sex on the 18th to the 22nd. My nipples are pierced it could be that, but my nips are a little tender/sore to touch or rub against something. I KNOW IT IS WAAAAY TO SOON TO TELL IF I COULD BE PREGNANT. What are the chances that I could be pregnant? Or how soon do you ovulate after ewcm and ovaries cramps if that makes sense.
