How many just KNEW?

How many of you just KNEW you were pregnant? We had an IUI done on 2/16 but i dont necessirily FEEL pregnant. I'm scared to test negative again 😩 I don't have breast tenderness, no nausea, nothing 😞

With my daughter I didn't "feel" pregnant. I had occasional headaches for a few days and got sick one night out of no where. But I was taking a shower with my husband and he touches my boobs and I was like holy crap don’t do that. And he says he's "webMD" and said I'm pregnant. I took a test a few days later and bam. 
Last month my boobs were sore again and he said "you're pregnant" which ended unfortunately in a miscarriage.
We tried again this month and I'm 12DPO with stark white negatives. Just waiting for my period now. 
It's crazy how sometimes you just know when you are! Sending all the good vibes and baby dust!!
