MTHFR AND O-blood, thought and advice

I have MTHFR and have experienced a miscarriage back in 2018. The dr said it could have been one of two. My blood disorder the MTHFR or my O- blood (also have PCOS) Another lady asked these questions that I have below and I’m also wondering what your story is and if you have a happy healthy baby. She just has O+ blood and the blood disorder

Little back story on mine. When I went in and they confirmed I lost my baby they gave me a shot and said with my blood I’ll have to get one again when I become pregnant. Haven’t had any luck this past year with TTC. Till today the lady asked the question below and it made me start thinking more about it. Is my blood type or disorder rejecting when there’s a possible change, so I jusy wanna know …
