Hands free pump -low supply
Im 4 weeks pp !- just making enough Looking for recommendations for hands free pump other than medela. I have the pump in style which makes just enough- if I have to make just enough I want to be not stuck to a wall.
I do try other things to increase supply but haven't been successful. Few nights I skipped the motn pump and got sleep , it was great but it makes me guilty and increased my stress.
What pumps did work for you if any ?
