Am I pregnant?

Soo im on the pill and have had nights where ive taken it like three hours late. I figured it was probably okay and didn’t think much of it, until I started to be more hungry than I have pretty much my whole life eating tons of food especially red meat. Just before that for like 3 days or a week i was puking every morning. I was worried about this and took a pregnancy test, and it was negative. But I took it right away and still had like 2 weeks until my period but since your supposed to take it after your missed period i think i still might be pregnant. Im two days late now and my boobs are sore and growing like when they first came in! Let me know your thoughts and advice pls:)
