21 weeks tomorrow!

Hope you’re all having healthy, happy pregnancies!

My whole family has a cold right now and it’s, of course, getting me worse than the rest of the house. This is my 2nd pregnancy (5 year old daughter) and I’ve noticed this is MUCH worse this time but is anyone else peeing their pants every time they cough/sneeze!? It’s getting so annoying when I’m wearing 2-4 pairs of underwear a day because of this. I have an appointment at the end of the month to start pelvic floor therapy but I just wanted to know if anyone else is dealing with this in the severity that I am and what you’re doing to combat this!
