Still no period or spotting after stopping depo shot

I got my last shot of the depo June of 2023 & didnt get my next one in September. I’ve had tender breast & bloating but no spotting or bleeding at all. Today I had what looks to be ovulation discharge but still haven’t bled at all. Just wondering what are the signs of a period coming back or even spotting? & could you get pregnant with no period? I’m wanting to start trying to have a baby at the end of this year.
