Red Stringy Discharge 8w4d

I’m currently 8w4d and I have had this on an off for like two weeks. Last time I got checked she said it can be completely normal and baby was growing great with a strong heartbeat of 149.

But it’s not stopping and it’s worrying me.

(My discharge looks clumpy and white bc I’m currently using a cream which needs to be inserted into the vagina to treat BV, this was approved by my doctor and is safe for pregnant women).

But the red stringy bits in the discharge is what’s concerning me, I’ve had a few small cramps here and there over the last few weeks but I think it’s just normal pregnancy cramping ? It’s not extreme or consistent.

I’ve had 5 miscarriages so I’m just a huge overthinker.

Has anyone else had this and it’s just been like a normal thing ?

Ps. I would go to the ER but it’s an 8 hour wait and I have a one year old, I also have an ultrasound tmo morning. Just need some reassurance until than.
