Prodromal labor

Tell me about your prodromal labor experience! I think I am in prodromal labor right now 😭

Went to L&D with contractions 3-5 min apart, lasting 1+ min and getting stronger overtime. Ended up getting sent home because I wasn’t dilating further than what I already was (3cm) 😭

Still having painful contractions 3-5 min apart (may be slowly getting further) but they are only 30 seconds long. Hoping they die off soon 🥲

this has been going on for 7+ hours - my body is exhausted
