Anyone else having kidney problems?

I was in the hospital a few days ago because of extreme right sided flank pain. No stones but my right kidney is super swollen and not draining properly. I haven't been able to fully empty my bladder in what feels like a week at least. They just told me to take tylenol and increase my water intake. But I was already drinking almost a gallon of water a day and can't handle any.more fluids especially since they wont leave my body. I've been retaining water like crazy and today my leg is so swollen and painful and my vision is blurry. I'm only 31 weeks and I don't know if I can handle this much longer. I dont get maternity leave or FMLA, so Im stuck at work for 8 hours. I am trying to prop myself up as best as I can but everything hurts and I dont have a lot of space at my desk to do so. I wear compression socks but the fluid retention is getting so bad that I am struggling to even get my socks on in the morning.
