Anyone with a similar experience?

Me and my partner have been trying to conceive for the past 3 years. 2 years ago (Jan 2022) i had a positive result but ended in a miscarriage at 5 weeks. After another 2 years trying we got another positive result on 10th feb 2024. I had my first ultrasound at 7 weeks and 1 day, and a gestational sac measuring 6 weeks 3 days could be seen, and the doc said she could see a faint fetal pole. She suggested i take blood tests to check my hcg and repeat ultrasound in a week’s time. 1st hcg result was 22,581, and 3 days later it went up to 28,471. Today i had another ultrasound visit and we could only see the gestational sac which was measuring around 7 weeks, but no fetus could be seen. Doc recommended that i visit again in 2 weeks time and she is quite certain that this will be leading to another miscarriage. I have not seen any blood as yet and my symptoms remained the same, sore/tender breasts & quite fatigued. What are your thoughts? Anyone with a similar experience? Deeply heartbroken with this news 😞
