Recommendations!!!

I been trying to conceive for a long time and im trying to avoid paying for expensive IVF and im trying before i start menopause. I had tests done and everything is fine. The only issue is i have 1 good healthy tubes opened. I take prenatal pills . I try different vitamins or pills that help you conceive and nothing. Im tracking when im ovulating. I dont know what else to do.
