My almost 12 month old baby boy has started biting my arms sometimes..is this behavior normal? How to deal with this?

As calm as possible, firmly tell them no biting. Do not give a big reaction, because once you do, they’ll keep doing it. And redirect. My middle child bit me once, I told her no biting and redirected. She bit me again, I told her no biting, she did it again, I told her no biting and got up and moved away. She did not like me leaving and that was the end of it.
