Minerva -35 ??!!

So I’ve now been drinking Minerva -35 for a week.
Due to the Dr telling me that I am on stage 1 with Endometriosis and PCOS. I’m also short of iron. So I’ve been put on iron pills and this minerva -35 for 6 months..
I get really bad periods every month although it’s always on time.
However I cannot get pregnant 🤰
Will this ever happen for me 🙈😖🤔🥲
