34 weeks & no discharge

Is it normal to have almost no discharge at all this late into the third trimester? I’ve had a lot more pelvic/butt/vaginal pain and a little less rib pain so I feel like baby is starting to drop, but there’s no discharge at all yet. Wondering if this is normal? Can baby drop and there not be any discharge? (At our last ultrasound at 32 weeks, baby was measuring 5lb 9oz & her head was measuring ahead at 35 weeks so I’m wondering if she might be ready early. So I’m symptom spotting of course.)
