I am 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant I was having some cramps i went to the toilet and this came out of me what is this :(?

Any bleeding like that, especially with cramping and passing tissue isn’t good. Sadly it looks like a MC to me, I’d still call your doctor and confirm. They can make sure you passed everything and your levels go back down. I’m so sorry 🥺
