My husband and I are trying to conceive our first child. I started taking CoQ10 and prenatal vitamins everyday for the last week and a half. I got off the depo shot in July 2023 and my period finally returned in January (I have had two cycles since it returned). I was ovulating last week. I missed my peak ovulation day, but I had unprotected sex the day before and the day after. Glow says to take a pregnancy test 11 days after ovulation ended so that’s a week away from now for me. Does this mean that when people say 11DPO it means that 11 days after having sex when they were ovulating, they already have a positive pregnancy test? I always thought it takes 6 weeks after conception for a pregnancy test to detect anything. I’m just trying to understand. Any tips for getting the body ready to conceive or more explanations about fertility phrases would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
