C-section or vaginal delivery?

Hi ladies,
I just found out two days ago that I'm pregnant with twins! I have two other children (5 & 7) who are so excited to be gaining two siblings - they have been praying for twins for weeks!
Anyway, my question for moms of multiples is this: if you had your babies by c-section, was it very difficult to care for two newborns while trying to recover from a major abdominal surgery? I delivered my first two vaginally, and I know how challenging the first two weeks were afterward. I assume I will most likely give birth to twins early via c-section, but I'm really afraid of what postpartum will look like for me and for my babies.
I would love to hear from moms who have delivered multiples both ways so I can get an idea of what I'm in for.

Twin mom here my twins will be 5 soon. I originally thought I’d give birth vaginal as I did with my first child. However with twin pregnancies they can be unpredictable. One of my twins(B) refused to flip in time whereas twin A was ready to go. So I ended up having my first c section with them. I was just as scared as I feared white rooms from previous surgeries as a child. However my doctor made my experience amazing. Now when you first walk my goodness you’ll be in shock but and you’ll have to move a little slower but the faster you do get your body moving again your body begins to recover. Remember to breathe and pace yourself I made the error of hyperventilating and nearly passed out! Don’t do that and please if you get one with twins you’re going to need some help. I didn’t and I pushed myself so much that my c section scar opened a little from being super mom. So yes it can be hard but c sections tend to be they have so many great things you can use now to help the healing. I’ve had two c sections now with my singleton after and I feel like I had a harder time with that second one than the first in the beginning but I healed so much faster. I’m glad that I did have one with the twins though it ended up saving twin B as the cord was wrapped around his neck so tight he would have choked completely coming out. So I wouldn’t have had it any different. My second c section also saved my baby he was born drowning as I had enough fluid to carry 3 babies at the same time. So he was just swimming by time they were able to grab him as he kept floating to the top they had to press my higher stomach to get him down. So yes they can be scary but it was definitely the best decision for me both times. You just have to weigh out your props and cons and keep in mind twins pregnancies can be unpredictable.💗
