miscarriage?

Hi so i am currently waiting for the early pregnancy assessment unit to contact me but just wanted to know if anyone has experienced this when i go to the toilet to wee i am wiping blood, there are big clots and what looks like tissue but it isn’t free flowing at all.

i know deep down that i have lost but everyone is telling me that i would have bled loads and would be filling pads. We’d booked in for an early reassurance scan today so we decided to go because i thought that i’d get closer (i thought i was 7 weeks 4 days going off the clear blue that on the 8th said 1-2 weeks) when i was scanned she said she couldn’t see anything but told me she thinks I’m not 7 weeks but 5 and has rebooked me into do another scan in 2 weeks - this has obviously given my partner false hope who thinks that i’ve got some kind of UTI and not misscarried.

it’s absolutely gutted me and i can’t stop crying but just wanted to know if anyone has ever experienced it this way before?
