itchy vagina

I had sex last Tuesday night and I'm not sure if it has anything to do with this but my vagina has been extremely itchy and it burns and I'm afraid I have a yeast infection but I don't wanna tell my mom because I don't want her to know I've been having sex, it hurts when my pee touches the places where it itches and what I've been doing is putting an aloe anti itching stuff on my vagina and it seems to help when I touch the parts the itch it is very bumpy and my discharge has turned into a bunch of white chunks . I'm so scared can somebody please help
