My fiancé has never seen me fully naked

My fiancé and I have been together for 3 years and he has never seen my b00bs. More specifically, anyone before him has never seen me either and I used to be in a 5 year relationship. I know it’s crazy but im extremely insecure and the thought of letting him see me makes me very anxious (to the point where i get nauseous). He’s seen everything else but not waist up. He’s told me a couple of times that it bothers him sometimes, especially since we are planning to get married soon.

I don’t want to always have this insecurity so what are some ways I can help myself? I’ve took a few nudes from the side to start that I sent him but I look repulsive from the front (my b00bs are just saggy and ugly lol 😭) Also to add I am chubby.
