What would you do?

I am 16w4d. I was diagnosed with a UTI about 2 weeks ago. I didn’t have any symptoms, I finished up the antibiotics last week. This morning I woke up with it burning after going, needing to go but barely anything comes out. I made an appointment for this evening to get rechecked out. Thinking it was another UTI. As the day has gone on symptoms have improved, no burning or stinging. Should I keep that appointment or cancel it as I’m not having symptoms anymore?
