How far along am I??

Hi everyone! I recently found out I’m pregnant on Tuesday. I had a “period” on January 28th after taking 10 days of the progesterone pill to induce my period because before that I didn’t have a period since November 12th. I got a blood hcg test on Tuesday that said 38 and an ultrasound because I was cramping but they couldn’t determine how far along I am. My hcg level is 132 today so it more than tripled! Did anyone have this happen? I’m just trying to figure out how far along I am. The ultrasound report says “a small anechoic focus of the superior anterior margin of the endometrial canal with mean diameter of 0.2 cm, question possibility of early gestational sac which would be consistent with estimated gestational age of 4 weeks and 5 days” but they also couldn’t tell me for sure that it was a gestational sac so I’m just confused.
