Hello I’m 3cm dilated checked today the past two days I’ve been losing my mucus plug constantly now bloody show my contractions at night are strong the past two days can’t sleep through them today they have been mostly in my back but far apart just went to the bathroom glob of bloody show and bleeding out on a pad to keep track of bleeding.
