When to go in @29w

I’ve had a throbbing headache at least three or four days now that’s just getting worse and nothings helping. Haven’t been sleeping great and was told to hydrate more of course. I’ve had pelvic pain too that started about a week ago and is getting worse like aching and cramps. Counted contractions about twenty min apart the other night but they died out and have been irregular since. They tested for a few things cuz I’ve been feeling funny but didn’t call with concern for the results, only my blood counts were a little off. Called and left message with doc two days ago but never got call back and now it’s a holiday weekend. My bp spikes every now and then but doesn’t stay above like 140/80 for long. Not sure what else to do for relief or if I should just go in. It’s hurting to have my eyes open and sometimes I see spots on top of getting super lightheaded and cramping when I walk around. Has anyone experienced this??
