Advice??!

I’m having some period like cramps with some thick discharge.. this morning it was brown and red clumps and has progressively gotten to this.. photo for reference. I’m unsure if I should call the on call doctor or just go to the ER, I feel like I’m crazy but I don’t know what to do.. any advice is appreciated.
