Herpes outbreak x2????

I just recently was diagnosed with herpes. It went away and then had my period. My private psrt is still sore and itchy, theres no lesions and im all done with my meds. I just finished my period 2 days ago... i had some white/watery discharge. Not much. But I'm wondering... how do i know when another outbreak is going to come on?? Im SO nervous... the first ever outbreak took me out of work for 3 weeks. ;-; If anyone could give me some advice or insight, id really appreciate it... thank you!
