First failed cycle

We had our embryo (boy) transferred on 3/19 and had our blood HCG test today that was a flat negative. This is our third try- first 2 were positive but ended sadly in miscarriages. We did a 2nd retrieval at the end of 2023 - we now have 1 embryo (girl) left to say I’m heartbroken and sad is an understatement- was so hopeful that cycle was going to be the best one - we did a hystoscopy and medicated monitored cycle all to get a BFN.

I did everything I could and controlled what I could and it feels like it was all for nothing.
