Initial Slow rise hcg but then double

Anyone else have a slow rise hcg early in pregnancy between 4-5 weeks but then went up in the 5th week to doubling and everything was fine?

Really worried. We expected me to miscarry because it only went up from 138 -179 but next one was 900.
