Midwife quit on me!

This week I had some abdominal pain, i messaged my midwife for some advice and relief tips and I tried the things she said. Nothing was working and it seemed to get worse. She advised me to see a doctor when I could. I rang my GP and it’s by appointment only, I explained to them my situation and was still not able to get in and they told me to go to emergency if it was that bad. So I did, I went to the emergency department and the hospital midwives contacted my midwife to inform them I was there. She was NOT happy about this at all!! She started texting me saying “ED was not the place to go” “I don’t think it was that urgent” and had no regard to my feelings whatsoever. The hospital suggested the pain may be gallstones or my pancreas. I told my midwife this and she texts me saying “I will not be able to provide my services to you anymore, take care”

All because I sought medical attention for a pain I was concerned about and she wouldn’t listen to me!! Baffled honestly. So unprofessional!! I’m currently still in hospital 5 days later😭sorry just needed to have a rant!!
