Rescuing Kittens?

I’ve had dreams three nights in a row that are all slightly different, but they all center around kittens (and I mean like two weeks old or younger) showing up in my place of living, which has been both an apartment and a house. Only one had any kind of defect, the rest were perfectly fine. Last night I had to keep them separate from a dog that was living in our house as well.

My husband and I are TTC, and I think I’m having some signs, but trying not to get my hopes up, especially since I can’t teste for a couple weeks. Anyone have any thoughts?
