Water in my underwear 31w 4days

For some weeks now I have noticed this water coming out but very small amount and at first I thought it was discharge but is fluid! And it’s been leaking for some time! Today when I was walking my kids to school is when I noticed that my underwear was really wet and when I got home i checked my underwear thinking it would just be discharge but it was a decent amount of water that would cover a panty liner … some times it has a pale yellow look to it!!

I have recently got my results for any type of infection/ UTI and I know is not that! Because I had blood and urine tests done to confirm.

With my first baby I was induced at 36 weeks due to low amniotic fluid . And I’m thinking if this has been going on for a while I’m kinda worried the same thing could happen!

2 days ago I started to experience painful contractions I’m not going to say BH because usually they are uncomfortable but this ones are actually really painful like a long dull cramp that would make my lower back hurt it felt like stabbing pain.

I have a appointment tomorrow

But my question is should I go to the ER or just wait for my appointment?
