Morning after pill and ovulation

Hey yall I took morning after but then me and my bc decided to have a baby so I was wondering how long does it delay ovulation because it was right before the day I was supposed to be most fertile or what's my chances of getting pregnant if I had sex right after that the next day and the day after ?
