Unsure of what Insurance to get and etc (Health Crisis/LONG STORY)

So just a little background on me. I started feeling really bad left side pelvis pain in August of 2022. I went to the er got a transvaginal ultrasound and etc. The doctor told me nothing was wrong and to follow up when gynecologist. After viewing the summary myself it said I had fibroids and cysts on both ovaries he failed to mention. Anyway I was in and out of the er because of the pain and have had countless ultrasounds. Sometimes the pain can get so bad I have to call out of work or stop all daily living activities. I’ve had Abdominal Ct scans. Full body mri, no one can tell me what’s wrong. However, the pain I feel is often accompanied w/ burning sensation and pressure in that area. Because my pain is often I cannot work full time well that’s what I had thought, I applied for and received individual insurance which was Cigna through Market place. WHO IS AWFUL. I finally seen a urogynocologist who approved me for a lapro that I ended up chickening out due to an image in my head I saw of me last year. Well PLUS the doctor had said she saw something on my Ct from last year (inflammation she thought she seen from food poisoning I seen the er about/this has nothing to do with the pain at all) and wanted me to get another one before performing on me and I had went through so much trouble with my insurance trying to get the Ct I finally got it and she said she could operate and I still chickened out. Now it’s April still having the pain and it’s everyday. I just started my second job insurance won’t kick in til 90 days which is like a few months and this pain is too bad. MY QUESTION IS. SHOULD I GO BACK TO INDIVIDUAL COVERAGE? THE PROCEDURE ITSELF WITHOUT INSURANCE $3500 doctor fee and possible $15,350 hospital fee not sure of it because the code I received was showing up for the diagnostic laproscopy peocedure. I am worried about my condition as it has not gotten better. I was clear of all stds, Pap smear was normal, and etc. So I don’t know what it is. I just want results atp. My life has changed and man I’m not really myself. What would you do in my situation? I am trying to work to be able to pay for this surgery that I should have gotten a long time ago when I had coverage.🥺 My parents said they will help me but that hospital fee is what I’m worried abt my mother often times manipulated me out of the surgery whether it was intentional or not. Plus I am trying to change the way I think about things (stop being an overthinker). Atp I do believe it is necessary for the surgery. I just don’t have the money yet. Btw I’m 25. I have been dealing with pain for a while now as I had other things going on with me. I try to be as possible as I can. Thanks to anyone for any advice/tips in advance. 💕 Forgot to add back in 2021 I was using some detox yonipearls I shoved one in and kid u not i don’t think it ever came out. The other one I pulled the string and it came out. At first I did not associate that with this pain but now that I’m thinking about everything I am the pearl was very small. I may insert a picture I don’t think any ct/ultrasound will catch it. Because I had Cigna I felt like most doctors were not trying to take the extra mile to find out what was going on I often saw many doctors and many different specialties. I was very tired of all that. Just lmk what u guys think.
