I need help/ TW

I went into the er for light/mind cramping (feel like I have a UTI or Kidney infection). I’m around 5w1d according to the first day of last cycle. They did  transvaginal ultrasound and didn’t tell me much about that. My HCG level is 1556. They come in and tell me I’ve had a missed miscarriage. Maybe I’m just early early idk. I’m not bleeding or anything. I’m just at a complete loss and hoping someone had been through this and had a happy ending.

I also been testing every few day and my test have gotten darker each time.
