HELP!

So I’m a first time mom, first pregnancy. I’ve had an ultrasound a couple of weeks ago and everything was perfect baby heart rate good and the baby was in the uterus however, I went to my appointment today and my urine pregnancy test was negative and a Doppler was done to try and hear the baby’s heartbeat, nothing! I just turnt 11 weeks today and i was told that the heartbeat can’t be heard until after 12 weeks . Now im concerned, negative pregnancy test at 11 weeks. Have anyone else experienced this?
