What’s happening here?

Good morning hopefully somebody can help me until I reach my Dr later today. Sunday I took a pregnancy test and could see a faint line I was 11dpo. Monday I began spotting after two wipes it was gone. Tuesday very slight spotting again two wipes nothing there. Tuesday I took a digital test it stated pregnant this morning I took another digital from the same box it says negative. I’m totally confused here. In between I’ve taken analog pink dye test and it’s either a faint line or no line today makes 14dpo.
