No symptoms?

Hello everyone! I am somewhere between 5 weeks and 9 weeks. Not really sure. I got a faint positive March 6th and then bled so I assumed I was out and never retested. Well now on April 10th I got a dark positive. So either I’m 9 weeks or around 15 dpo. My husband was gone for work from March 6-28th so I know we didn’t conceive during that timeframe. We will see at the dating ultrasound. I have progressively darker lines but absolutely no symptoms? Is this normal? Should I be concerned? This is my fourth pregnancy and third baby. I’ve always had symptoms early on.
