Femara or Clomid

I have an appointment on the 9th after my bloodwork on the 8th to see if I'm ovulating. The dr said he would start me on clomid if I'm not. I keep seeing things about Femara and am wondering if I should ask for that instead. What has everyone's experience been with these two. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated thank you!
