Talking to the ex is already a red flag- but her calling him love is an over step - the to just shoot you in the foot, why is he speaking to her all the time especially while your sleeping. That’s cheating 101.
I would just loose ends and leave him. You have a whole life to find someone worth keeping. My husband would never entertain another girls fantasies or disrespect me like that. Good men do exist.
